Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the project team, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage projects from conception to completion
- Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Develop project plans and specifications, including budgets, timelines, and scope of work
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to the required standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timelines and budgets are met
- Manage project documentation, including change orders, project status reports, and other project-related information
- Communicate regularly with project team members, contractors, and clients to ensure everyone is on the same page
- Identify potential issues and risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Ensure project safety and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or a related field
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
